Welcome to ImgParser, a service provided by QuoriLabs. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Service Description

ImgParser is a free online image converter that operates entirely in your browser. All image processing is performed locally on your device using WebAssembly technology — no files are uploaded to any server. The service is designed to be simple, fast and privacy-friendly.

Supported formats include PNG, JPEG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, BMP, TIFF and AVIF. Editing tools include resize, rotate, flip/flop, blur and grayscale conversion.

2. Local Processing

  • All image conversion and editing happens 100% in your browser.
  • Your files never leave your device. No data is sent to QuoriLabs servers or any third-party server.
  • Once you close the browser tab or refresh the page, all processed data is permanently removed from memory.
  • QuoriLabs has no access to your files at any point.

3. Eligibility and Appropriate Use

By using ImgParser, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
  • You have the legal right to process the images you upload.
  • You will not use the service for files that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, contain illegal content, or are intended to cause harm.

4. Usage Limits

  • There is no daily conversion limit because processing is local.
  • The practical maximum file size depends on the memory available in your browser. Files up to 50 MB typically work on modern devices.
  • Performance may vary depending on your device’s processing capabilities.

5. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Google AdSense: To display advertisements. Google may use cookies to personalize the ads shown. You can manage your ad preferences at any time at Google Ads Settings.
  • Google Analytics: To collect anonymous usage statistics that help us improve the service.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The ImgParser name, logo, source code, design and content are owned by QuoriLabs and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
  • You retain full ownership of all images you process through the service. We make no claim on your content.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, modify or resell any part of the website, design or codebase without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ImgParser is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
  • That conversion results will always be technically correct or suitable for a particular purpose.
  • That the service will be compatible with all devices, operating systems or browsers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoriLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity or any other commercial damage arising out of or in connection with your use of ImgParser. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid (if any) to use the service — which is currently zero.

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue ImgParser, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QuoriLabs, its affiliates and personnel harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the service in violation of these Terms or of any applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ImgParser after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
