Privacy Policy

July 7, 2026

QuoriLabs (hereinafter, “the Provider”) is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when using ImgParser, the free online image conversion service made available at imgparser.com.

By accessing or using ImgParser, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

1. How ImgParser Works

ImgParser is a 100% client-side application. All image conversion and editing — including format changes, resizing, rotation, blur, grayscale and flip/flop — is executed entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and JavaScript running locally on your device. This means:

  • Your files are never uploaded to any server. They never leave your device.
  • Your files are never transmitted over the Internet as part of the conversion process.
  • No personal data related to file conversions is collected, stored, processed, transmitted or sold by QuoriLabs.
  • Once you close the browser tab or refresh the page, all processed image data is permanently removed from your browser’s memory. There is no copy elsewhere.

Because no content leaves your device, ImgParser does not have — and cannot have — access to the images you convert.

2. Information We Collect

Since ImgParser operates entirely in your browser, we do not collect personal data related to your file conversions. However, we use the following third-party services that may collect limited information as described below.

2.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website (pages visited, session duration, device type, country, browser). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. No personally identifiable information is collected through this service, and we have activated the IP anonymization setting provided by Google.

2.2 Google AdSense

We display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show personalized ads based on your browsing history across different websites. You can manage your ad personalization preferences at any time at Google Ads Settings. For more information on how Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps, visit How Google uses data.

If you do not accept advertising cookies, ads may still be displayed but they will not be personalized.

3. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies: To store your theme preference (dark or light mode) and your cookie-consent choice. These cookies are strictly necessary for the basic operation of the site and cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: Used by Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics.
  • Advertising cookies: Used by Google AdSense to display relevant advertisements.

On your first visit, a consent banner is displayed. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time by clearing your browser’s data for this site.

You may also manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

4. Data Storage and Retention

  • Image data (your files): Never stored. All processing is local to your browser and is discarded when you close the tab.
  • Cookie preferences (theme and consent): Stored locally in your browser’s localStorage. We do not transmit this information to our servers.
  • Analytics data: Stored by Google Analytics according to its own retention policies.

5. Data Transfer and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent or transfer any personal information to third parties, except as described above for Google Analytics and Google AdSense, which operate under their own privacy policies and may involve data transfers to the United States or other jurisdictions. In those cases, the transfer is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanism recognized by applicable data-protection law.

QuoriLabs will not disclose your information to governmental authorities unless strictly required by law and accompanied by a valid legal order.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have rights including the right to:

  • Access the personal data that we hold about you (we confirm that we hold none related to image processing).
  • Rectify or delete any personal data you may have provided through direct communication.
  • Object to or restrict processing carried out under legitimate interest.
  • Request portability of data you have actively shared with us.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address provided at the bottom of this page.

7. Children’s Privacy

ImgParser is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our contact channels, please notify us so we can promptly delete it.

8. International Transfers

By using ImgParser from outside Peru, you understand that your anonymous usage data may be processed by Google on servers located in the United States or other countries. Such processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy and applicable international transfer mechanisms.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we hold:

  • HTTPS encryption across the entire site.
  • Minimal data collection (no image data, no account data).
  • Regular review of the third-party services integrated into the site.

Since no file is ever uploaded, the most significant security risk associated with traditional upload-based conversion tools is structurally eliminated.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Material changes will be highlighted by an updated date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
