QuoriLabs (hereinafter, “the Provider”) is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we process, collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal information when using our services, in accordance with Law No. 29733, its regulations, and other substitute or related rules (hereinafter, the “Personal Data Rules”).

This Policy also applies, as appropriate, to relationships the Provider maintains with its suppliers and employees. The Provider will act as a Personal Data Processor when, as a result of services provided to its clients, it processes personal data of Data Subjects (hereinafter, “Data Subjects”). In such cases, the Provider’s client is responsible for obtaining the Data Subjects’ consent, in accordance with the Personal Data Rules.

When the Provider directly processes personal data of Data Subjects, the Provider will act as the Personal Data Bank Holder (hereinafter, “Bank Holder”). The Provider will register personal data banks for Clients, Website Users, employees, and suppliers.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, you give your free, prior, informed, express, and unequivocal consent to the processing of your personal data under the conditions set forth herein.

Information We Collect

Users are informed that personal data entered in the “Contact” section forms will be processed by the Provider to manage comments made therein and to contact Data Subjects. These will be governed by this Privacy Policy and the conditions set out in the same form.

Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, as well as against accidental loss, destruction, or damage. Your personal information is processed and stored using technology and procedures that meet high standards of security and protection.

Once the contract is resolved or terminated, the Provider will delete all data stored during its term, in accordance with the Personal Data Rules. In any case, the Provider may retain Data Subjects’ personal data for the maximum period allowed by the Personal Data Rules.

We do not share your personal information with third parties.

Data Subjects’ Rights

Data Subjects have the rights granted by the Constitution and the Personal Data Rules, such as the rights to information, access, update, cancel, object, inclusion, objective processing, portability, rectification, and to request the deletion of the personal data provided, to know how the data is used, to revoke the consent given, and to access their personal data free of charge, as well as any other rights granted by the Personal Data Rules now or in the future.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by Peruvian law, specifically the Personal Data Rules. Any dispute related to this Privacy Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the judges and courts of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, where the Provider is domiciled.
